The Initiative is committed to strengthening the field of advocates by supporting organizations’ efforts to empower communities to educate and influence decision makers.
The foundation is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to design and conduct research that will result in a thorough understanding of the current health policy.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Georgia Health Initiative dedicates a very limited amount of funds each year to sponsor events that further our mission and advance health equity. Sponsorship dollars are not used to support fundraising events, capital campaigns, health fairs, days at the Capitol, supply drives, or similar events. Priority is given to the following types of events:
- Events that promote connection and collaboration across or within sectors, geographies or communities with the purpose of generating interest in issues that will advance health equity for Georgians
- Events that inform, educate, or build the knowledge base of people working to advance health equity for Georgians
