Mr. Sean Sullivan joined as a Board Member in 2023.

Sean is a partner in Alston & Bird’s Health Care Group, where he advises healthcare providers and companies on regulatory compliance, navigating transaction structures, and resolving potential noncompliance issues, among other topics. Sean also advises private equity and other investors on regulatory risks and structuring considerations associated with investing in the healthcare industry.

Sean brings deep expertise in Georgia’s health insurance landscape, including the interplay between insurers and providers and how changes in these systems ultimately impact consumers.

A U.S. Army veteran, Sean began his legal career in the U.S. Army JAG Corps.
