Yolanda Kyle serves as Operations Manager at the Initiative, bringing nearly three decades of administrative and management experience to support the organization’s day-to-day operations. Applying her strengths in organization, financial management, and proactive problem-solving, she supports human resources, facilities management, accounting, and employee and Board engagement—ensuring the Initiative runs smoothly and efficiently.
Yolanda earned her Bachelor of Arts from Shorter University and spent much of her career in administration and management, including nearly 30 years with the YMCA. There, she honed her skills in communication, customer service, supervisory leadership, and financial oversight, gaining a broad perspective on organizational operations and team development.
